The Waterbury Symphony Orchestra Is Proud To Present A Celebration Of Music & Visual Art
Alturas Duo Viola, Charango and Guitar Sunday, November 12, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.
A collaborative event between the Waterbury Symphony Orchestra and Five Points Gallery, will be presented on Sunday, November 12th at 3:00 p.m. in the Gallery. This intimate event will feature the Alturas Duo, one of the most engaging ensembles performing in the chamber music world today. The only group of its kind, the Duo was formed to bring together the worlds of South American Folk, Traditional classical and new music on the unusual combination of viola, charango and guitar.
The concert is open to the public. A Suggested admission of $20 is requested. Come and enjoy the artwork of Janet Lage, Sarah Paolucci and Gil Scullion while listening to the exceptional work of Alturas Duo.
